What products do you sell?
We only sell music and DVDs relating to Argentine Tango. You can either buy a CD or, if they are available, you can download individual tracks from those CDs.
How to place an order
Placing an order with us is easy, just pick any item you want and click on 'Add to Cart'. This will add the item to your 'Shopping Cart'. You can view what's in your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart box on the left side of the browser. When you are finished adding all your items to the Shopping Cart, then click on 'Checkout' and you will be prompted to create an account with information that we need to ship your
order. You pick the payment method that you would like to use to pay for the order (Credit Card, PayPal, or Mail-in). If you chose to pay by Credit Card or PayPal, you will be passed onto a secure page where you enter your credit card, or PayPal information. Our
credit card processing is done by a 3rd party payment processor (2CO.com)
through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted link. We never store any of your credit card
information. As a matter of fact we never even see your credit card information. It is all
done through the 3rd party processor.
All prices quoted on this website are in US$ dollars. Payment options are, however, available in other currencies.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal from anywhere in the world. However remember that you must have a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal. You can also mail in a check if you are in North America, or send an International Money Order in US currency from anywhere in the world.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on "My Account" at the top of this page.
If the order was shipped via UPS or Fedex we will also provide you with a tracking number
and a link on their website.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 2 days. Otherwise it usually takes about 2 weeks before we are able to get the item. Shipping times vary depending on shipping methods and locations. For more information click
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
However some items such as CDs, DVDs or Music Downloads CANNOT be returned or refunded because of copyright issues. In that case this guarantee is limited to replacing any defective items. For more information on our
